Mrs. Andel's fourth graders explored the phases of the moon… with Oreos! 🍪 Students carefully scraped off the icing to represent each moon phase—from new moon to full moon—and then got to enjoy a sweet treat afterward. 🌙 A tasty experiment that was out of this world and a delicious way to learn about science! 🌕🌑🌗 #EdnaIntermediate 💙

📢 Message to Edna Elementary Families

Today, a 911 button was accidentally activated at Edna Primary and Edna Intermediate School. As part of standard safety protocol, emergency dispatch was immediately notified and local law enforcement responded to our campus.

We want to reassure all families that this was an accidental activation. There was no emergency situation, and all students and staff are safe.

We appreciate the quick response from our local police department and their continued partnership in helping us maintain a safe learning environment.
